positivity; everything can be seen through meditation. But dont think
that meditation means just sitting that on the floor in the lotus
position doing nothing. Being conscious, aware of everything that you
do-walking, eating, drinking, talking-is meditation. The sooner you
realize this, the quicker will you realize that you yourself are
responsible for the happy feelings you want and the unhappy feelings you
dont, and that nobody else controls you."
